Directs the Department of Human Services to collaborate with the Governor's Office of Volunteerism to create or modify a web-based tool allowing residents to search for volunteer opportunities that satisfy new federal work requirements under the "One Big Beautiful Bill Act" (OBBBA) for NJ FamilyCare and SNAP benefits

Requires creation of a web-based database where nonprofits, businesses, and government agencies can register and post volunteer opportunities that comply with the federal work requirements

Mandates development or modification of a mobile application enabling NJ FamilyCare and SNAP applicants to submit volunteer hour documentation to demonstrate compliance with the new 80-hour monthly community engagement requirement for non-disabled adults ages 19-64

Requires the Department of Human Services to conduct annual audits of volunteer opportunities and submitted documentation to verify accuracy and prevent abuse or fraud

Grants the State immunity from liability for injuries incurred by volunteers participating through the web-based tool established under this bill
