Removes the 24-hour reporting deadline that currently applies to mandatory physician reports

Updates statutory language to replace "Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles" with "Chief Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission" to reflect current agency structure

Applies to conditions that persist or recur despite medical treatment, including but not limited to epilepsy in all forms
