Establishes the New Jersey Food Security Coordination and Response Program within the Department of Human Services to coordinate food access during crises, including disruptions to SNAP and WIC benefits distribution

Creates a Food Security Coordination and Response Working Group comprising commissioners from Human Services, Health, Children and Families, and Education, plus five public members including food bank representatives, maternal health providers, and community-based service providers

Establishes the Emergency Food Security Coordination and Response Fund to provide emergency grants to food banks, faith-based organizations, childcare programs, community doulas, and other entities that deliver food access and nutrition support during benefit disruptions

Requires the Department of Human Services to develop a publicly accessible online data dashboard, updated quarterly, tracking statewide and county-level food insecurity rates, SNAP/WIC enrollment and interruptions, and maternal/infant health indicators related to nutrition

Mandates a statewide public awareness campaign about food assistance programs with multilingual materials, and requires an annual report to the Governor and Legislature with strategies to reduce food insecurity
