Expands authorization to mount and operate blue emergency warning lights to include county fire coordinators, deputy county fire coordinators, county emergency medical services coordinators, and deputy county emergency medical services coordinators

Permits county fire coordinators and deputy coordinators, as well as county EMS coordinators and deputy coordinators, to mount and operate red emergency warning lights and sirens on personal vehicles when responding to emergency calls

Requires the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission Chief Administrator to issue identification cards upon request from county executives or board of commissioners directors, which serve as permits for mounting emergency lights

Mandates that authorized individuals carry their identification card while operating emergency warning lights, and prohibits mounting lights prior to card issuance

Non-emergency vehicle drivers must yield the right of way to these newly authorized individuals operating emergency warning lights, in the same manner as for other authorized emergency vehicles
