Establishes a Children's Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System within the New Jersey Department of Health to collect reports of adverse events in children under 19 years old occurring within eight weeks of vaccine administration

Requires all licensed health care providers who administer vaccines (physicians, nurses, pharmacists, etc.) to report any adverse event in a child, regardless of whether they believe the vaccine caused the event

Mandates reporting from providers treating children in hospital emergency departments and urgent care centers throughout the state

Reports must include provider information, child's name/age/address, description of adverse events, vaccine administration date, vaccines given, and product inserts

Permits sharing of data only with recognized public health entities for vaccine safety analysis (without identifying children or providers) and with the federal VAERS system for events not already subject to mandatory federal reporting
