Establishes the Next Gen STEM Support Program requiring the Commissioner of Education to award grants to public schools for STEM coursework, resources, and extracurricular activities within one year of enactment

Defines eligible STEM resources as laboratory equipment, computer software and technology, robotic and engineering materials, extracurricular activity expansion, and professional training for STEM educators

Limits professional training expenditures to no more than one-third of a school's total grant amount

Caps total annual appropriations for the program at $100,000 from the General Fund

Requires geographic diversity in grant distribution across northern, central, and southern regions of New Jersey, as well as urban, suburban, and rural areas, with annual reporting on fund usage and student impact
