Expands existing reimbursement requirements to apply when officers are hired as either Class Two specials or full-time law enforcement officers, not just Class Two specials

The hiring municipality must notify the former employer immediately upon appointment and reimburse certified costs within 120 days

Reimbursable costs include examination fees, public advertisements for exams, police training course fees, and base salary paid during training
