Requires all New Jersey school districts to incorporate instruction on atrocities committed by the Soviet Union (U.S.S.R.), People's Republic of China (PRC), and Nazi Germany into Social Studies curriculum for grades 9-12

Mandates age-appropriate content covering the establishment and expansion of these regimes, human rights abuses, genocides, and the use of gulags, forced labor, and concentration camps to suppress free speech and political dissent

State Board of Education must establish requirements for the instruction and may include additional relevant information about these regimes

Commissioner of Education must provide school districts with sample instructional materials and resources to support implementation

Takes effect immediately and applies to the first full school year following enactment
