Mandates school districts enter shared services agreements with municipalities where their students reside to verify student residency

Requires school districts to submit annual reports listing residential addresses of all enrolled students to municipalities by November 1 each year

Municipalities must review the reports, verify student residency to the extent feasible, and return a list of unverified addresses within 30 days

Unverified student addresses become subject to additional review by the school district under applicable state and federal laws

Commissioner of Education may impose fines up to $500 per violation on non-compliant school districts

Takes effect on the first day of the fourth month following enactment
