Amends New Jersey alimony law (N.J.S.2A:34-23) to allow courts to modify alimony awards when the recipient cohabits with another person, adding this option alongside the existing remedies of suspension or termination

Requires courts evaluating cohabitation cases to consider whether the alimony recipient has received an economic benefit from the relationship or has financially supported/subsidized the cohabitant

Mandates that when modifying alimony duration or amount due to cohabitation, courts must consider the degree to which the relationship has reduced the financial needs of the supported spouse

Applies only to future cases; does not modify cohabitation provisions already incorporated into existing divorce judgments, final orders from post-judgment litigation, or enforceable written agreements between parties

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
