Provides loan redemption up to $30,000 per year, covering 100% of eligible undergraduate and veterinary school loans over five years, with reimbursement increasing from 12% in year one to 24% in years four and five

Requires participants to dedicate at least 75% of their work to large animal veterinary care (livestock, horses, farm animals) at a practice where at least one-third of overall activity serves large animals

Eligibility requires New Jersey residency, state veterinary licensure, and participants cannot simultaneously receive benefits from the federal Veterinary Medicine Loan Repayment Program

Appropriates $500,000 annually from the General Fund; participants who leave before completing five years must repay 50% of redeemed debt within one year, though obligations are nullified upon death or permanent disability
