Limits occupancy of seasonal farm labor housing to 180 days per year unless the housing meets permanent housing standards, with a maximum occupant load of 50 people (or 100 if egress doors are positioned no more than 75 feet apart)

Mandates safety requirements including first-floor sleeping places only, at least two means of egress, hard-wired interconnected smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers within 50 feet of any point in the building

Requires hard-wired carbon monoxide alarms if fuel-burning appliances are present or garage facilities are attached, and prohibits cooking operations unless protected by a code-compliant hood

Requires owners/operators to obtain a certificate of occupancy annually, and bathroom facilities must be located within 200 feet of the housing
