Registered sex offenders whose victims were under age 18 are prohibited from working or volunteering at amusement parks or selling items from frozen dessert trucks (ice cream trucks)

"Amusement park" is defined as any permanent indoor or outdoor facility where amusement rides are available to the general public

"Frozen dessert truck" is defined as a motor vehicle carrying frozen desserts for retail sale on public streets

Violating this prohibition constitutes a fourth degree crime, punishable by up to 18 months imprisonment, a fine of up to $10,000, or both

The law would take effect on the first day of the third month following enactment
