Reconstitutes the Joint Committee on Economic Justice and Equal Employment Opportunity, originally created by the 216th Legislature and previously renewed in the 218th, 219th, and 220th Legislatures

Committee consists of 10 legislative members appointed regardless of political party: 4 nominated by Senate President, 4 by Assembly Speaker, 1 by Senate Minority Leader, and 1 by Assembly Minority Leader

Authorizes the committee to conduct ongoing studies on economic justice and equal employment opportunity issues throughout New Jersey, including holding hearings at various locations statewide

Members serve without compensation; the committee may elect chairs and employ stenographic, clerical, and other staff as authorized within appropriated funds

Requires the committee to report findings to the Legislature on a routine basis and as otherwise deemed necessary
