Urges the U.S. Congress to enact H.R. 3086, the "Find It Early Act," which would require health insurance plans to cover breast cancer screenings and diagnostic imaging at no cost to the insured

Targets coverage for women with dense breasts or other breast cancer risk factors, including mammograms, breast ultrasounds, and breast MRIs

Notes that nearly half of women over age 40 have dense breasts, which can obscure mammogram imaging and delay cancer detection, contributing to an estimated 267,000 undetected breast cancer cases in 2021

Emphasizes that early detection improves the five-year survival rate from approximately 30% (when cancer has spread) to 99% (when caught before spreading outside the breast)

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to congressional leadership and all New Jersey members of Congress
