Cites FAA acknowledgment that outdated infrastructure, including aging copper telecommunications lines and remote radar feeds, is contributing to ongoing radar and communications outages at the airport

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to congressional leadership, the Secretary of Transportation, FAA Administrator, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and all New Jersey members of Congress
