Condemns the religious persecution of Christians in Nigeria as genocide, citing over 50,000 Christians killed, more than 19,000 churches attacked or destroyed, and over 15 million Christians displaced since 2009

Urges the United States Secretary of State to designate Nigeria as a "Country of Particular Concern," a status for countries engaging in or tolerating systematic, ongoing, and egregious violations of religious freedom

Notes that the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom has recommended Nigeria for this designation every year since 2009
