Urges the Department of Health to withdraw the proposed amendments, arguing that such changes are better suited to the legislative process with public debate and input

Invokes the legislative veto provision of the New Jersey Constitution to potentially declare the amendments invalid if adopted by the department

Directs copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Governor and Commissioner of Health upon filing with the Secretary of State
