Permanently designates January 18th as "Alexandra 'Alex' Scott Day" in New Jersey to honor Alex Scott, who was born on that date in 1996 and diagnosed with neuroblastoma (childhood cancer) shortly after her first birthday

Commemorates Alex Scott's legacy of holding lemonade stands to raise money for childhood cancer research, starting at age four and raising over $1 million by the time she passed away at age eight in 2004

Requests the Governor to annually issue a proclamation recognizing the day and calling on public officials and citizens to observe it with appropriate activities and programs

Aims to raise public awareness about childhood cancer and celebrate the continuing work of the Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, established by her parents in 2005

Directs copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation upon filing with the Secretary of State
