Designates May 15 of each year as "Tuberous Sclerosis Complex Awareness Day" in New Jersey

Requests the Governor to annually issue a proclamation recognizing the day and calling upon public officials and citizens to observe it with appropriate activities and programs

Recognizes Tuberous Sclerosis Complex as a rare genetic condition affecting approximately 50,000 individuals in the United States and one million worldwide, causing benign tumors in the brain, heart, kidneys, eyes, and lungs

Acknowledges that the condition is a leading cause of epilepsy, with about 60% of affected individuals also experiencing autism, along with other neuropsychiatric conditions

Notes there is currently no medical cure for Tuberous Sclerosis Complex
