Honors Carly Fetzer, a Bayville resident born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome who underwent three heart surgeries and lived 18 years before passing away

Requests the Governor to annually issue a proclamation recognizing February 12th as "Carly Day"

Notes that the Carly Fetzer Queen of Hearts Foundation was established in her memory to provide food vouchers to families at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and fund research on congenital heart defects in children

Falls within Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Week, observed nationally from February 7th to 14th each year
