Designates May of each year as "Apraxia Awareness Month" in New Jersey

Requests the Governor to issue an annual proclamation recognizing the awareness month

Calls upon relevant State agencies, organizations, and citizens to observe the month with appropriate awareness activities and programs

Aims to increase public awareness of apraxia, a neurological disorder affecting motor planning that impairs voluntary movements despite having normal muscular and sensory abilities

Notes that while apraxia has no cure, physical, occupational, and speech therapies can help individuals manage symptoms and improve quality of life
