Designates July 30 of each year as "Clarence 'Coach C' Collins Day" in New Jersey to honor the late Jersey City community leader and youth mentor

Collins served 13 years as the first full-time At-Risk Youth Mentor at University Academy Charter High School at New Jersey City University, developing workshops on academic excellence, employment, and life success

Collins also worked with the Jersey City Department of Recreation, reforming hiring processes to connect youth citywide with internship opportunities

As a community activist, Collins established the Woodlawn Avenue Block Association and hosted annual Father's Day dinners to provide positive male role models for young men without fathers at home

Requests the Governor annually issue a proclamation recognizing the designated day
