Designates June of each year as "Cancer Survivor Month" in New Jersey to increase public awareness of cancer survivor issues

Requests the Governor to annually issue a proclamation calling upon public officials and citizens to observe the month with appropriate activities and programs

Notes approximately 504,050 cancer survivors currently live in New Jersey, with 66% of cancer patients surviving more than five years after diagnosis

Acknowledges that cancer survivors face ongoing challenges including physical, emotional, and financial hardships, increased risk for developing other cancers, workplace limitations, and fear of recurrence

Recognizes that while 80% of survivors return to work, one in five will have cancer-related work limitations up to five years after diagnosis
