Permanently designates the first Monday in November as "Complex Regional Pain Syndrome Awareness Day" in New Jersey to raise awareness about CRPS/RSD, a chronic pain condition affecting limbs after injury

Requests the Governor to annually issue a proclamation recognizing the day and calling upon public officials, citizens, and interested groups to observe it with appropriate activities and programs

Aligns with the existing global "Color The World Orange" Day initiative, observed since 2014, when landmarks worldwide are lit orange to raise CRPS/RSD awareness

Aims to support research efforts to develop treatments, limit disabilities associated with the syndrome, and assist those affected by CRPS/RSD and their families
