Honors the life and legacy of Congressman William J. Pascrell, Jr., who served 36 years in public office as a New Jersey Assemblyman (1988-1996), Mayor of Paterson (1990-1996), and U.S. Representative (1997-2024) until his death on August 21, 2024

Recognizes Pascrell's pioneering leadership in co-founding the Congressional Brain Injury Task Force, which advances national policy, research, and resources for individuals affected by traumatic and acquired brain injuries

Urges all current and future members of the U.S. Congress elected from New Jersey to join and actively participate in the Congressional Brain Injury Task Force to continue advocacy for brain injury prevention, research funding, and rehabilitation services

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to U.S. House leadership, all New Jersey congressional members, the Task Force co-chairs (Congressmen Chris Deluzio and Morgan Luttrell), and the Brain Injury Alliance of New Jersey
