Calls for reforms to default judgment procedures, including proof of service, authenticated copies of original credit agreements and account statements, and sum certain calculations of judgment amounts

Advocates requiring creditors to prove their lawsuit was filed within the applicable statute of limitations based on when the claim accrued

Seeks to limit the frequency of post-judgment debtor examinations to prevent harassment of debtors by creditors
