Condemns Turkey's 1974 invasion and continued occupation of Cyprus, now marking 51 years, and calls for immediate withdrawal of all Turkish occupying forces from the island

Notes that over 160,000 Cypriots (nearly one-third of the population) were forcibly displaced from their homeland as a result of the invasion

Urges a comprehensive solution based on UN Security Council resolutions establishing a bizonal, bicommunal federation with single sovereignty, single citizenship, and single international personality

Calls on Turkey to cooperate in determining the fate of more than 900 missing persons, including four U.S. citizens, and to respect international human rights agreements including the European Convention on Human Rights and Geneva Conventions

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to the President, Secretary of State, congressional leadership, and all New Jersey members of Congress
