Urges the U.S. Congress to pass the bipartisan "Afghan Adjustment Act," which would provide a pathway to permanent legal status for Afghan evacuees currently in the U.S. under temporary humanitarian parole

Addresses the status of approximately 76,000 Afghan men, women, and children who fled Afghanistan after the U.S. military withdrawal on August 31, 2021, and currently have no path to citizenship

Recognizes Afghan allies who aided U.S. service members, frontline civilians, intelligence staff, and aid workers during the 20-year conflict from 2001 to 2021

Notes that Congress has passed similar adjustment legislation in the past for Cubans, Southeast Asians, and Iraqis who entered under comparable circumstances

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to Congressional leadership and all New Jersey members of Congress
