Urges the Office of Attorney Ethics to examine and audit legal aid organizations that provide pro bono services to low-income and disadvantaged New Jersey residents

Calls for ensuring that legal aid organizations receiving State funding are providing adequate services to the communities and individuals they represent

Requests the Office of Attorney Ethics to review, document, and investigate client complaints regarding mistreatment, threats, or sexual intimidation by their attorneys

Notes that legal aid clients are particularly vulnerable because they may lack options for alternative representation and cannot afford outside legal counsel

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to the Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court and the Administrative Director of the Courts
