Removes the requirement for individuals and entities to disclose personal addresses (mailing addresses, home addresses, resident addresses) on campaign finance filings submitted to the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC)

Retains the requirement to report contributor names, occupations, and employer names, but eliminates the associated address disclosure obligations

Applies to multiple types of political committees including recall committees, recall defense committees, political committees, continuing political committees, political party committees, legislative leadership committees, and independent expenditure committees

Modifies reporting requirements for contributions exceeding $200 and independent expenditure contributions exceeding $7,500

Authorizes ELEC to establish document submission requirements for gubernatorial candidates seeking public funding under the state's public financing program
