Designates November as "Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome Awareness Month" in New Jersey and requests the Governor to issue an annual proclamation for observance.

Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome (RSDS), also known as complex regional pain syndrome, is a chronic condition causing severe burning pain, bone and skin changes, tissue swelling, and extreme sensitivity to touch.

Amends P.L.2007, c.255 to add legislative findings emphasizing the importance of public awareness, research funding, and education efforts for RSDS throughout the state.

Early treatment is critical as delayed diagnosis can cause the disorder to spread, leading to irreversible bone and muscle changes, limited mobility, and permanent disability.

Builds upon New Jersey's existing RSDS education and research program established in 2007 within the Department of Health.
