Creates a 14-member Jersey Shore Safety and Economy Task Force to develop COVID-19 safety standards for summer tourism businesses in Atlantic, Cape May, Ocean, and Monmouth counties

Task force membership includes the Commissioner of Health (chair), Director of Travel and Tourism, 2 Senators, 2 Assembly members, representatives from each county's health department, and 4 tourism business representatives recommended by the NJ Chamber of Commerce

Required to produce a report with reopening guidance including social distancing guidelines, economic impact assessment, and evaluation of recommendations' effect on coronavirus spread

Report due within 30 days of the bill's enactment to county health departments, NJ Chamber of Commerce, the Governor, and Legislature

Task force expires immediately upon issuing its report; members serve without compensation but receive expense reimbursement
