Requires New Jersey professional and occupational licensing boards to issue licenses, certificates of registration, or certifications to veterans who hold equivalent credentials in good standing from another jurisdiction

Applies to veterans who received an honorable or general, honorable conditions discharge from active or reserve military service, including the New Jersey National Guard

Allows boards to recognize training, education, and experience obtained during or outside of military service toward meeting licensing requirements

Boards must develop methods for evaluating equivalent experience from other jurisdictions, and cannot require applicants to have the same number of experience hours as would otherwise be mandated

Takes effect on the first day of the third month following enactment, with boards permitted to take anticipatory administrative action beforehand
