$500,000 supplemental appropriation from the General Fund to the Department of Environmental Protection for the Peckman River Dredging and Restoration Project

Funds to be allocated among four municipalities: Township of Cedar Grove, Township of Little Falls, Township of Verona, and Borough of Woodland Park in Essex and Passaic Counties

Project activities include dredging, restoration, cleaning, desnagging, and other work consistent with the Statewide general permit for the Peckman River

Commissioner of Environmental Protection to establish an application process requiring municipalities to submit a joint plan for funding allocation

DEP required to waive all permit fees for activities consistent with the general permit and the municipalities' joint plan
