Creates the Office of Disordered Eating Prevention within the New Jersey Department of Health, responsible for maintaining public resources on risk and prevention factors, collaborating with mental health programs, and partnering with the Department of Education to inform school personnel, students, and parents.

Establishes the Disordered Eating Prevention Research Grant Program to provide financial assistance to individuals and organizations conducting research on root causes, risk factors, and protective factors for disordered eating across all age groups.

Requires the office to focus outreach on disproportionately impacted communities, including youth, older residents, people of color, and LGBTQ individuals, who are more likely to have eating disorders but less likely to receive treatment.

Mandates annual reporting to the Governor and Legislature summarizing grant recipients, award amounts, research findings, and recommendations for improving disordered eating prevention statewide.

Appropriates funds from the General Fund as determined necessary by the Commissioner of Health to implement the program, with the bill taking effect immediately.
