Establishes the Law Enforcement Critical Mental Health Assistance Grant Program within the New Jersey Department of Human Services to fund confidential mental health services for law enforcement officers and their family members experiencing mental health crises or suicidal ideation.

Appropriates $3 million from the General Fund to implement the program.

Requires the Commissioner of Human Services to develop grant applications, selection criteria, and program guidelines for mental health providers seeking funding to deliver these services.

Prioritizes geographical distribution of approved providers so that patients can access services within one hour of travel, with a list of approved providers to be published on the department's website.

Takes effect on the first day of the fourth month following enactment.
