Expands existing electioneering restrictions to prohibit campaigning within 25 feet of any person waiting in line at a polling place or ballot drop box, in addition to the current 100-foot buffer zone from the entrance

Makes electioneering violations a disorderly persons offense, while more serious offenses like tampering with polling booths, obstructing voters, or loitering with intent to interfere remain third-degree crimes

Extends protections to ballot drop boxes, prohibiting tampering, defacing, obstructing pathways, or loitering near drop boxes with intent to interfere with voters

Exempts newspaper racks, vending machines, and other print distribution sites from the 25-foot restriction around voters in line

Permits nonpartisan voter assistance to people waiting in line, provided the assistance does not involve support for or opposition against any candidate, party, or public question
