Expands the Office of School Bus Safety's coordination duties to include sharing "information, records, and data" with the Motor Vehicle Commission and Department of Law and Public Safety, rather than just "information"

Requires the office to identify the implementation status of past recommendations for school bus safety improvements made by any entity formed by law or executive action

Mandates the office review school bus safety laws, rules, and regulations and recommend legislative and executive action to both the Legislature and the Commissioner of Education

Requires annual reports to the Legislature and Commissioner containing recommendations for legislative and executive action, status updates on implementing past recommendations, and a review of student transportation safety data

Changes permissive language ("need not be limited to") to mandatory language ("shall not be limited to") regarding the office's duties
