Prohibits the sale, manufacture, and distribution of apparel containing intentionally added PFAS (perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances) in New Jersey, effective two years after enactment.

Apparel covered includes everyday clothing, undergarments, athletic wear, swimwear, footwear, diapers, school uniforms, outdoor apparel, and outdoor gear designed for severe wet conditions.

Exempts personal protective equipment, U.S. military exclusive clothing, and motorcycle or off-highway vehicle protective equipment from the prohibition.

Violations constitute unlawful practices under New Jersey's consumer fraud act, with penalties of up to $10,000 for first offenses and $20,000 for subsequent offenses, plus potential punitive and treble damages.

News media accepting or publishing advertising for covered products are exempt from liability under this bill.
