Establishes the "Fusion Technology Industry Promotion Act" requiring the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA) to create a Fusion Technology Industry Development Program in consultation with the NJ Commission on Science, Innovation and Technology.

Authorizes the EDA to invest in a fusion industry development company, matching investments from other sources dollar-for-dollar, with public entities limited to purchasing no more than 59% of total stock or interest.

Requires the EDA to sell or dispose of its stock or interest in the fusion development company within 10 years of purchase, with public investment repaid before private sources.

Program activities include providing technical and financial assistance to fusion businesses, representing NJ firms in national and international markets, recruiting capital investment, and researching commercial fusion opportunities.

Mandates annual EDA reports to the Governor and Legislature, with the Commission on Science, Innovation and Technology providing recommendations every three years on attracting and retaining fusion technology businesses.
