Posted curriculum plans must include units of study, student learning objectives, course themes, and information about textbooks and materials to be used

School districts must update their websites each time a curriculum plan is revised or changed

Districts must post information about when and where parents or legal guardians can review textbooks and instructional materials in person

Parents and legal guardians must be given the opportunity to review all materials before they are used in classroom instruction
