Replaces the fixed $25 per week valuation of employer-provided board and lodging for workers' compensation calculations with market value assessment

Excludes the value of board or lodging from temporary total disability benefit calculations if the injured worker continues receiving these benefits during the disability period

Allows employers and employees to set a different monetary value for board and lodging at the time of hiring, overriding the market value default

Amends R.S.34:15-37 of New Jersey's workers' compensation law, updating a provision that has remained unchanged since at least 1979
