Expands New Jersey's Tuition Aid Grant (TAG) program to include workforce training programs, not just degree-granting institutions

Eligible workforce training programs must require at least 150 hours of classroom instruction, offer an industry or employer-valued credential, and maintain at least 70% completion and job placement rates

Authorizes the Higher Education Student Assistance Authority to designate eligible programs based on current and projected critical workforce shortages in the state

Requires participating workforce training programs to annually report quantitative success indicators to the authority, which must post the information publicly on its website
