Adds new exceptions to New Jersey's address redaction protections for certain public officials (judges, law enforcement officers, child protective investigators, prosecutors), requiring disclosure of their personal information in specific public filings

Exempts recall petitions from redaction requirements, meaning signers' and circulators' addresses must remain visible on filed petitions

Exempts campaign finance reports filed with the Election Law Enforcement Commission, including contribution and expenditure reports from candidates, campaigns, and committees, as well as pay-to-play disclosure reports from entities seeking public contracts

Exempts gubernatorial candidates' financial disclosure statements and all lobbyist/governmental affairs agent activity reports from address redaction protections

Requires the Director of the Office of Information Privacy to prominently display all redaction exceptions on the secure portal where covered persons submit redaction requests
