Expands the Eagleton Institute of Politics database of appointed officials to include workers' compensation judges and administrative law judges alongside those appointed to state boards, commissions, and authorities

Requires the database to track each appointee's name, office title, term, race, gender identity or expression, and appointing authority

Database information must be publicly searchable and displayed on the websites of the Eagleton Institute, Rutgers University, and the Secretary of State

Database must be reviewed and updated at least once per calendar year, with new information added within 21 business days of receipt

Takes effect 90 days after enactment
