Directs the Commissioner of Education to establish a three-year pilot program providing public school students with information and assistance in completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

Requires selection of 12 participating school districts total—four each from the southern, central, and northern regions of New Jersey, representing urban, suburban, and rural areas

Mandates participating districts ensure every student receives FAFSA information at least once before entering grade 12, covering required documentation, terminology definitions, eligibility requirements, and submission deadlines

Requires participating districts to provide FAFSA information to parents/guardians of 12th graders via written or electronic means and make paper copies of the FAFSA available upon request

Commissioner must submit a final report to the Governor and Legislature with recommendations on whether to implement the program statewide
