Creates a 13-member Veterans Suicide Prevention Commission in New Jersey to coordinate state agency efforts and develop programs supporting service members' transition to civilian life with the goal of preventing veteran suicides.

Commission membership includes the Commissioners of Veterans Affairs and Human Services (ex-officio), representatives from Veterans Haven, Veterans Service Officers, Veterans Diversion Courts, and individuals with expertise in brain injuries, mental health counseling, substance abuse services, and faith-based veteran support.

Members serve four-year terms and may be reappointed; the commission must hold at least six meetings annually and may operate through subcommittees.

Commission responsibilities include tracking program progress, developing strategic collaborations among state agencies, increasing public awareness of available services, and promoting coordination across state, county, and local governments.

The commission must issue periodic reports to the Governor and Legislature covering strategic goals, research agenda, and progress toward objectives; the Department of Veterans Affairs provides staff support.
