Requires the Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services and the State Board of Medical Examiners to develop and implement a process within 365 days to improve efficiency of reviewing NJ FamilyCare provider applications

The State Board of Medical Examiners must share physician license numbers with the Division within 5 days of issuance, or notify the Division within 5 days if licensure is denied

The Division must begin processing NJ FamilyCare provider applications immediately upon receipt if the application contains necessary licensure information or shows pending licensure approval

Within 15 days of receiving an applicant's license number, the Division must notify the applicant in writing of any additional documentation needed for NJ FamilyCare enrollment

The bill does not change existing licensure or enrollment requirements, and does not require approval before the Division receives the applicant's National Provider Identifier number
