Mandates at least one drive-up ballot drop box per county with accessible features including sufficient vehicle turning radius, curb cuts, handicap parking, and unimpeded paths from parking areas.

Requires all ballot drop boxes to be clearly marked as "Official Ballot Drop Box" with posted information in all federally required languages plus county-specific languages under New Jersey law.

Mandates posting of specific voter information including: third-degree crime penalties for tampering (3-5 years prison, up to $15,000 fine), toll-free voter hotline, "no postage necessary" notice, and 8:00 p.m. Election Day deadline.

Establishes 100-foot electioneering boundary around all ballot drop boxes with posted signs prohibiting distribution of campaign materials or solicitation within that zone.

Amends P.L.2020, c.72 and takes effect immediately upon enactment in New Jersey.
